We can design new tooling, mould and decorate the range using digital transfers, silkscreen transfers, direct screen print pad printing.

At Diamond Printed Products we have developed our own exclusive range of drinks related brandable products, including a range of ice buckets, waiter trays, pitchers, bar caddies and stirrers. All these products have been carefully designed to give the maximum brand impact and we use our revolutionary Photofoil™ full colour digital printing techniques. The waiter trays also incorporate a special nonslip surface complete with full branding capability.

Our Xeikon Digital has been designed with an upgrade path to further increase production capacity as demand grows. This machine has been specially designed to run our approved Photofoil™ transfer material.

This Xeikon digital press features the ability to print standard four colour process (CMYK) along with an opaque white under print up to 9.6m per minute with a maximum imaging width of 322mm. Our digital heat release transfers can incorporate photo realistic images and Pantone spot colours which can be applied to most plastic mouldings and our transfer machines can be used for applying graphics on to flat or round items such as ice buckets, waiter trays and various items of drinkware.
